John Stone Fine Foods is an international, gourmet, dry-aged beef company that supplies high-quality beef and lamb globally from Co. Longford. John Stone, the chairman, has been dry-ageing beef and lamb since 1975 and has been a pioneer in the beef industry for over 50 years.
